I always think brown is such an under rated colour, but it secretly goes with everything. This is a lovely piece of well rounded and frosted beer bottle brown sea glass. It almost looks a bit amber-y when the light catches it. 

The recycled glass beads are from Ghana. I love the unpolished texture of these beads, they almost look grainy and frosty like stones, and because each one is handmade from crushed glass pressed into moulds, each bead is slightly different and irregular.

Sea glass has been smoothed by the sea against the sand so has a nice smooth surface.

Made using a wire bezel technique I created, which is kind of a cross between basketry and weaving. It is a time consuming technique but a labour of love. Each piece of sea glass is securely and artistically encased in a delicate wire frame.

Surgical stainless steel findings. Highest quality stainless steel does not rust or tarnish, a hard wearing metal with a finish like antique sterling. Also suitable for people with metal allergies, stainless steel is used predominantly in the medical profession as people are less likely to react to it.

Necklace is 22-24 inches long with extender chain.
